What if my train is running late?
Send us the train number when you book. We follow the running status and the driver reaches to match the revised arrival, at no extra charge.
Where exactly does the driver wait?
At the station pickup area near the main exit, holding your name. We send the driver name, number and vehicle number before you arrive.
Can I book a station taxi to Calangute or Baga?
Yes - North Goa drops from Madgaon Junction are one of our most common bookings, roughly an hour and twenty minutes to Calangute.
Do you cover early morning trains?
We run 24x7. Pre-dawn arrivals and 5 am departures are normal bookings for us.

Madgaon Railway Station Taxi Pickups and Drops
Madgaon Junction is the main railway gateway to Goa. The Konkan Railway brings in trains from Mumbai, Mangalore, Delhi and Kerala, and a good share of them arrive at hours when the prepaid counter is shut and the queue outside is long. A pre-booked taxi removes all of that: your driver is already parked when you walk out.
How a station pickup works

Common drops from the station are Colva, Benaulim, Varca and Cavelossim in fifteen to thirty minutes, Palolem in about ninety, and Calangute or Baga in an hour and twenty. We also do the reverse - early-morning departures where a car has to be at your hotel gate at 4 am for a 5.30 train.
Book the previous day for arrivals and departures if you can. It costs nothing to hold the car and it means the vehicle you asked for is the vehicle that turns up.
